The Liccardi Auto Group is part of a sixty-year tradition of family-owned-and-operated Liccardi dealerships in Central Jersey. In 1938, Salvatore Liccardi, Sr. began selling in Manville. In 1954, under the direction of Salvatore's son, Clemente, the prospering dealership moved to Plainfield. Continued growth demanded even more space and in 1970, Liccardi Chrysler-Plymouth moved to its current location on Rt. 22 in Green Brook.

The rest, as they say, is history. Liccardi quickly became the Tri-state area's largest retail Chrysler-Plymouth dealer and Liccardi Ford, opened in Watchung in 1993, moved rapidly into the ranks of the state's top dealerships. These dealerships are owned and operated by brothers Greg, Jeff and Kevin and their father Clemente Liccardi. "Recently," said Greg Liccardi "we've added Lincoln-Mercury to our line up of vehicles. We're proud to be associated with and expect dramatic growth for these lines too."

"Despite our growth, this is still a family business," Jeff Liccardi continued. "My father Clemente, myself and my brothers Greg and Kevin are at the showrooms every day and are involved in all aspects of the operation.
